Marble Sort Level 108 Guide: The Inward Arrow Trap

This board is a masterclass in claustrophobia. You load in, and the entire grid is locking itself down. The dominant colors in the starting setup are bright Orange, Light Pink, Green, and Light Blue. But the colors are just a distraction. The real nightmare here is the massive cluster of Arrow Boxes on the left and right flanks, all pointing straight into the middle.

The top tray is arranged in a tight 5x5 square. Almost every block on the outer edges is an Arrow Box. They cannot drop straight down. They have to slide into the center columns before they can fall. If that center is blocked, the sides are bricked.

Down below, your starting bottom Boxes are demanding Red, Orange, Light Pink, and another Orange. You have two Orange Boxes staring you down, but almost all the Orange marbles in the top tray are trapped in the upper rows or locked behind inward-pointing arrows. The entire level hinges on a very specific sequence of hollowing out the middle so the sides can finally breathe.

The Center-Cut Board Pattern in Marble Sort Level 108

Take a hard look at the exact layout of the Top Tray. The bottom row is your immediate problem. From left to right, you have a Light Pink right-facing Arrow Box, a solid Light Blue block, a solid Red block in the dead center, a solid Green block, and a Light Pink left-facing Arrow Box.

Notice the trap immediately. The bottom-left and bottom-right corners are Light Pink. You need Light Pink to clear the third bottom Box. But those corner blocks are Arrow Boxes pointing at the Light Blue and Green blocks. They cannot move. They are pinned.

The center column is the only safe drop zone. The very bottom center block is Red. Directly above it sits Yellow, then Purple, then Green, then Light Blue at the top. This vertical center line is the spine of the puzzle. You have to carve it out to create an empty vertical shaft. Once that shaft is empty, the Arrow Boxes on the sides will slide into the gap and drop to the Conveyor Belt.

Your starting bottom Boxes dictate a miserable opening. The far-left Box is Red. The mid-left is Orange. The mid-right is Light Pink. The far-right is Orange.

Red is easy. The bottom-center block in the tray is Red. But look at your two Orange Boxes. Orange is the ultimate bait color on this level. There are Orange blocks scattered on the left and right sides of rows two, three, and four. Almost all of them have arrows on them. You cannot reach them early. If you try to dig down the sides to force the Orange marbles out, you will fill your Conveyor Belt with junk colors and lose before the board even opens up.

Finally, look at the top corners of the grid. There are two Tunnels sitting in the top-left and top-right positions. Both have a "3" written on them. These hold late-game marble clusters. Do not let them intimidate you early on. They are completely dormant until you strip away the layers of blocks beneath them.

You have to play the center out first. The sides are completely dead until you make room. Keep your eyes glued to the Conveyor Belt capacity because you are going to have to float some useless colors early just to unlock the board.

The first taps require sacrificing a little belt space to gain board control.

Tap the dead-center Red block in the bottom row of the Top Tray. This drops right into the far-left Red bottom Box and clears it.
You now need to unlock those bottom-corner Light Pink Arrow Boxes. They point inward.
Tap the solid Light Blue block and the solid Green block sitting on either side of the center gap.
Yes, these Light Blue and Green marbles will go straight to the Conveyor Belt. This is terrifying but necessary. You do not have bottom Boxes for them yet, so they will just sit there taking up space.
With those blocks gone, the path is clear. Tap the bottom-left Light Pink right-facing Arrow Box. It will slide to the center and drop.
Tap the bottom-right Light Pink left-facing Arrow Box. It will slide and drop.
These Light Pink blocks will flow into the mid-right Light Pink bottom Box and clear it out. You just survived the opening choke point.

Unlocking the Side Arrows in Marble Sort Level 108

Clearing the bottom row changes the pressure. Now you have to deal with the two Orange bottom Boxes that have been waiting since the start.

Look at the center column again. The bottom is now empty. The block currently sitting in the bottom-center position is Yellow.
Drop that Yellow block to the Conveyor Belt. You are banking it for later.
This creates a deeper gap in the center. Look at the sides. You have an Orange right-facing Arrow Box sitting in the lower-left quadrant.
Tap that Orange Arrow Box. It will slide into the center gap you just made and drop.
Find the other exposed Orange blocks on the right side of the grid. Some are solid, some are Arrow Boxes. Drop them into the waiting Orange bottom Boxes.
Once the two Orange bottom Boxes clear out, the board state flips entirely. New Boxes slide in. You will likely see Light Blue, Dark Pink, and Green Boxes appear next.
Suddenly, those Light Blue and Green marbles you parked on the Conveyor Belt during the opening steps will fly into the new bottom Boxes. Your belt is finally empty.

Surviving the Corner Tunnels in Marble Sort Level 108

The late game shifts focus to the top corners. As you clear out the Purple and Dark Blue blocks from the upper side rows, the Tunnels become active.

Do not trigger a Tunnel unless your Conveyor Belt has at least four empty slots.
When you clear the block directly under the top-left Tunnel, it will activate. It will spit out three sets of marbles. These are usually a mix of Yellow, Dark Blue, and Pink.
Let them land on the belt. Look at your bottom Boxes. Only tap the top-right Tunnel if you absolutely need the colors to finish a match.
The remaining down-pointing Arrow Boxes in the top row will drop straight down into the middle columns. Clear them in order of your front-facing bottom Boxes.
Never tap a hidden block underneath a Tunnel if your belt is crowded. You will trigger a massive dump of unplayable marbles and instantly jam. Clear your front Boxes, manage the belt space, and let the final tunnel drops fall exactly when you need them.
