The opening moves are all about unblocking the left side without killing your run.

Tap the front-row Red. Send it straight into the fourth bottom Box. This is your only free move. Take it immediately.
Park the blockers. You need the Purples buried on the left. Tap the Orange, Light Blue, and Black from the front row and park them on the Conveyor Belt.

Clear the Black Box. You parked a Black marble on the belt on turn one. As soon as a Black bottom Box appears in the middle section, send any newly revealed Black marbles down to clear it and rescue your parked marble.
