Marble Sort Level 591 Guide: The 16-Clear Panel Trap

This board is a fortress. Marble Sort Level 591 locks the vast majority of its marbles behind two massive, intimidating vaults. You start with barely any room to breathe. The dominant colors you need right away are Green and Dark Blue, but the game deliberately starves you of Dark Blue to force a mistake.

Your entire focus here is surviving the claustrophobic opening. The top half of the board is dominated by a giant Panel demanding 16 cleared boxes. Sitting right above it is an even worse nightmare: a second Panel demanding 50 clears. You are completely locked out of the center board until you break that first vault.

The Double Vault Pattern in Marble Sort Level 591

Let’s read the board. The Top Tray gives you a painfully thin front line of just five marble sets. Reading left to right, you have Brown, Orange, Purple, Green, and Red.

Right behind them sits that 16-clear Panel. Flanking this center vault are six blue metallic Tunnels, three stacked on the left side and three on the right. Every single one of these Tunnels has a "2" on it. Since the center is locked down, these side feeds are your only lifeline for the colors missing from the front row.

Down below, the bottom Boxes are stacked tightly in four columns. Here is where the level tries to kill your run. The top active Boxes in those columns demand Green and Dark Blue.

You have Green marbles sitting right there in the front of the Top Tray. You do not have Dark Blue. Dark Blue is completely missing from the initial exposed row. This means you are forced to dig into the side Tunnels immediately to find the missing colors.

If you get impatient and tap the Orange or Purple marbles just because they are sitting in the front row, you lose. Those colors have no active Boxes waiting for them. They are pure bait. Pulling them will instantly choke your Conveyor Belt. You must carefully pull from the Tunnels to dig out the Dark Blue marbles without causing a jam.

You have to be surgical here. One wrong tap in the opening sequence will fill the Conveyor Belt with dead colors, and you will never even see the center board open up.

Surviving the Opening Squeeze in Marble Sort Level 591

Do not touch the Orange or Purple marbles in the front row. Leave them exactly where they are.

1. Fire the Green: Tap the Green marbles located right in the middle-right of the Top Tray front line. You have two Green bottom Boxes sitting exposed in columns one and three. Fill one up immediately to get your first clear on the board.
2. Tap the Tunnels for Blue: Since Dark Blue is missing from the front line, systematically tap the side Tunnels. You need to feed those two Dark Blue bottom Boxes sitting in columns two and four.
3. Expose the Second Layer: Clearing those initial Dark Blue and Green Boxes will peel back the front layer of the bottom section. Now, the board shifts. You will expose Orange and Brown Boxes sitting in the second layer.
4. Unload the Front Row: Now that Orange and Brown Boxes are active, fire the Orange and Brown marbles from the very front of the Top Tray.
5. Count to 16: Every single Box you clear drops the number on that bottom center Panel. Keep feeding the newly revealed bottom Boxes using whatever spills out of the Tunnels until the counter hits zero. Keep your Conveyor Belt as empty as possible.

The center of the Top Tray explodes open. You will instantly gain access to massive, dense square clusters of Yellow, Light Blue, Dark Blue, and Red marbles. At the exact same time, the bottom Boxes cycle into a new phase. You will suddenly face a massive demand for Yellow, Green, and more Dark Blue.

The Conveyor Belt pressure spikes violently right here. It is incredibly easy to over-pull Light Blue marbles from the newly revealed center when you actually need to clear out the remaining Green and Orange Boxes.

1. Clear the Yellow Clusters: Prioritize clearing the new Yellow bottom Boxes that pop up. The exposed center section is packed with Yellow marbles. Match them up fast to free up physical space in the Top Tray.
2. Watch the Right-Side Jam: Yellow and Orange marbles love to bunch up on the right side of the Conveyor Belt during this phase. If you have two Oranges sitting on the belt, do not pull a third color unless it directly finishes a Box.

The final vault will break, giving you access to the last top rows to finish the board. Stay disciplined, don't rush the Light Blue pulls, and you'll clear it.
