Marble Sort Level 323 Guide: The Hidden Box Jam
This board is a masterclass in bait. You look at the center of the board and think you have an easy opening, but one wrong tap will instantly clog your game. The dominant colors you have to juggle early on are Green, Light Pink, and Red.
The layout relies heavily on a layered Top Tray that hides vital colors behind gray blocks marked with question marks. Your bottom Boxes are stacked in a very specific order that does not match the loose marbles on the outer edges of the top board. If you just start tapping colors because they are free, you will lose. You have to play this board front-to-back, paying massive attention to what sits in the lower columns.
The exact board layout in Marble Sort Level 323
Let’s break down exactly what you are staring at so you do not fall into the early traps.
Your Top Tray has a very distinct shape. Jutting out at the very bottom center are three key blocks: a Light Pink block wedged right between two bright Green blocks. Immediately above them, you will notice groups of marbles wrapped in a blue dashed border. Inside these borders are Red, Light Blue, and White blocks.
The outer flanks of the Top Tray are loose and look tempting. The left side has easily reachable Red, dark Blue, and Light Pink blocks. The right side exposes Green, Red, Orange, and Purple blocks. Do not touch the flanks yet.
Scattered through the upper and middle sections of the tray are gray Hidden Boxes. These are the true threat. You cannot see what color they hold until the blocks in front of them are cleared. Because they sit right above the heavily bordered middle section, you are forced to blind-guess your midgame if you rush.
Now look down at your bottom Boxes. This dictates your entire survival strategy. You have four active Boxes in the top row:
- Column 1 (far left) is Green.
- Column 2 is Red.
- Column 3 is Light Blue.
- Column 4 (far right) is Light Pink.
Notice the danger here. The top layer of your bottom Boxes perfectly matches some of the center and left-flank colors in the Top Tray. But look at what sits underneath that top layer. Column 2 has a massive stack of Yellow Boxes buried under the Red one. Column 1 has more Green and Light Pink.
Your Conveyor Belt gets incredibly crowded on the left side first if you start pulling dark Blue or Orange from the flanks. Those colors look safe, but they are complete bait. There are no active dark Blue or Orange Boxes anywhere near the top of your bottom rows. If you drop them onto the Conveyor Belt, they will sit there and rot, eating up your limited space while you desperately try to uncover the Hidden Boxes.
Marble Sort Level 323 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
You need a strict order of operations to survive the opening moves. If you let the Conveyor Belt fill up with dead colors, the late game becomes entirely unplayable.
Beating the opening bait in Marble Sort Level 323
Your first few taps dictate the entire pace of the level. You must clear the immediate front row to create breathing room.
- Tap the front-left Green block in the center of the Top Tray. Send it down to instantly clear the top-left Green Box in column one.
- Immediately tap the center Light Pink block right next to where that Green one was. This will drop down and clear the active Light Pink Box in column four.
- Stop looking at the center. Shift your attention to the far-left flank. Tap the loose Red block sitting on the edge. This drops down to clear the Red Box in column two.
- Leave the front-right Green block exactly where it is for a moment. Do not drop it. Your new active bottom Boxes have shifted, and you do not have an open Green Box right now.
Pushing through the hidden layers in Marble Sort Level 323
Once that initial front layer is broken, the blue-bordered middle section starts to open up. This is where the pressure spikes.
- Now that column two has shifted, you will expose the Yellow Boxes. You need Yellow marbles, but they are trapped higher up or behind the Hidden Boxes.
- Tap the Light Blue block that was sitting inside the blue border. Your column three Box is Light Blue, and this clear is mandatory to keep the board moving.
- Start clearing the blocks directly in front of the gray Hidden Boxes. As soon as a Hidden Box reveals its color, stop and check your bottom row.
- If a Hidden Box reveals a color you currently have an active Box for, drop it immediately. If it reveals Orange or dark Blue, leave it in the tray.
- Drop the second Green block from the center only when column one or column four cycles a new Green Box to the top.
Surviving the late-game squeeze in Marble Sort Level 323
If you play the midgame wrong, your board will look like a total disaster zone. A classic mistake on this board leaves players with a Conveyor Belt completely choked with Purple, dark Blue, Orange, Green, and Yellow marbles all fighting for space.
- Resist the urge to pull the dark Blue block from the left or the Orange block from the right until their specific Boxes appear. They are late-game clears.
- Focus heavily on cycling through the Purple Boxes. You have a thick stack of Purple waiting in the bottom columns. Match them with the Purple blocks on the top-right flank.
- Whenever a White block opens up in the middle, check column three. A White Box hides near the bottom of that stack.
- Carefully pick off the final revealed colors one by one. Keep at least two empty slots on your Conveyor Belt at all times so you never get mathematically locked out. Clear the last isolated top corners to finish the board.
