Marble Sort Level 146 is a masterclass in frustration. The game outright denies you half the board from the very first second. You are staring at a massive, heavy chain with a padlock completely locking down the entire right side of the Top Tray.

Your dominant colors here are Green, Purple, Pink, and Orange, but color matching is not the real puzzle. The real puzzle is surviving the suffocating lack of space. Because the right side is locked, you are forced to dig deep into the left side just to find the keys you need to play the rest of the game. Make one wrong drop onto your Conveyor Belt while digging, and the level ends before it even really begins.

The Locked Board Pattern in Marble Sort Level 146

This layout is incredibly restrictive. You need to understand exactly where the traps are hiding before you tap anything.

The Top Tray is split into two distinct sections. The left block is six rows deep and three columns wide. The right block is slightly shorter, but completely unreachable because of the Lock and Key chain blocking its bottom exit.

To break that chain, you need the gold key. Look at the very top-left corner of the left Top Tray. That Orange block holds the gold key. It is buried behind five layers of solid marbles. You have to blast through a vertical column of Green, Purple, Brown, Grey, and Green just to touch it.

Meanwhile, your starting bottom Boxes demand Orange, Pink, Orange, and Brown.

This creates a brutal bottleneck. You cannot reach the top-left Orange block to get the key without dumping the lower left blocks onto the Conveyor Belt. But if you dump too much without clearing a bottom Box, your belt jams and you fail.

Notice the scattered silver keys as well. There is one sitting on a Brown block in the middle-left tray. There are three more sitting on the top row of the locked right tray. These are not decorative. As you clear the front row of bottom Boxes, heavily locked Boxes will cycle in from the bottom. You will need those silver keys to open them later.

You have to take on early belt debt to win this level. There is no clean way to sort the opening moves. You must carefully manage your trash drops.

Your sole objective is reaching that top-left Orange block. Everything else is secondary.

1. Look at your starting bottom Boxes. You need Pink. Tap the Pink block on the bottom right of the left Top Tray. This drops perfectly into the second Box and clears it out immediately.
2. Now you need Orange and Brown. There are no exposed Orange or Brown blocks. You have to dig.
3. Drop the bottom Green block from the left column onto the Conveyor Belt. Let it sit there.
4. Drop the bottom Purple block from the middle column onto the Conveyor Belt. Let it sit there.
5. You have just exposed the next layer. You should now see an Orange block in the middle column. Tap it. Send it into the front-left Orange Box to clear it.
6. Keep drilling up that far-left column. Drop the Grey block and the Brown block. You are filling your Conveyor Belt fast, so you cannot afford a single misclick.
7. Once you clear the Green block directly under the top-left corner, tap that top Orange block.
8. The gold key is collected. The heavy chain across the right Top Tray instantly shatters.

Surviving the Midgame Squeeze in Marble Sort Level 146

Breaking the chain feels great, but this is exactly where most players lose. Your Conveyor Belt is currently loaded with the Green, Purple, and Grey blocks you dumped earlier. You have zero room for error.

1. Do not touch the newly unlocked right Top Tray yet. It is bait. If you drop those Red or Blue blocks now, you will jam the belt and fail.
2. Look at the new bottom Boxes that shifted up when you cleared the Orange and Pink ones. You should now see Green and Purple Boxes available.
3. The Green and Purple blocks taking up precious space on your Conveyor Belt will automatically suck down into these new matching Boxes. Wait for the animation to finish. Let the belt clear itself.
4. Now look at the right Top Tray. Drop the exposed Blue and Red blocks to match whatever new bottom Boxes just rolled in.
5. Grab the silver key sitting on the Brown block in the left tray. You need to start collecting these keys immediately because locked Boxes are about to appear.

Clearing the Silver Locks in Marble Sort Level 146

The final phase introduces Boxes with heavy black keyholes on them, usually demanding Blue or Light Blue marbles.

1. Target the top row of the right Top Tray. The Orange, Blue, and Light Blue blocks all carry silver keys.
