Marble Sort Level 126 Guide: The Mystery Box Cross and Corner Trap
You load into Marble Sort Level 126 and immediately face a massive, annoying cross made entirely of grey squares. This board is designed to choke your space early. The dominant starting colors are Yellow, Pink, Light Blue, Green, and White, but the arrangement is actively working against you.
The Top Tray features a giant cross of 11 Mystery Box tiles dominating the deep center. Four large wooden barricades block off the corners completely. You cannot touch the edges, and you cannot see what is in the middle. The very bottom row of available marbles gives you Orange, Yellow, Pink, Light Blue, and Brown.
Look down at your bottom Boxes. The starting lineup demands White, Green, White, and Yellow. Notice the massive disconnect? You need White and Green, but the front of the Top Tray is heavily blocking them with Pink and Light Blue. The entire difficulty of Marble Sort 126 rests on managing these front-row blockers without letting the Conveyor Belt hit maximum capacity before the board finally opens up.
The Mystery Box Cross Board Pattern in Marble Sort Level 126
If you blindly tap the front row, you lose. It is that simple. The board is rigged to bait you into clogging your available space.
The bottom row of the Top Tray holds Orange, Yellow, Pink, Light Blue, and Brown. The active bottom Boxes from left to right are White, Green, White, and Yellow. The only immediate match you have is Yellow.
Orange on the far left and Brown on the far right are pure bait. They look safe to move because they are on the edges, but no bottom Boxes need Orange or Brown early on. If you drop them onto the Conveyor Belt, they will sit there and act as dead weight, severely limiting your ability to juggle the colors you actually need.
The real puzzle in Marble Sort Level 126 is the right side of the board. The far-right bottom Box is Yellow. Clearing this specific Box is the master key to the whole level. Once that Yellow Box drops, it reveals a Pink Box right underneath it. This matches the Pink marbles sitting in the middle of your Top Tray.
Everything is a carefully hidden chain. The lower Boxes dictate exactly which blockers you are allowed to move. You have to peel the middle of the Top Tray backward to expose the Green and White marbles hiding directly behind the Pink and Light Blue ones. Once you break through that initial crust, you hit the Mystery Box cross, and the entire rhythm of the level changes.
Marble Sort Level 126 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
You need a precise opening to survive the first wave. Keep your hands off the Orange and Brown marbles. We are going straight up the middle and the right.
The Front-Row Peel in Marble Sort Level 126
Your first five moves have to be flawless to keep the Conveyor Belt clean. Follow this exact sequence to break the opening trap.
- Locate the Yellow marbles in the bottom row of the Top Tray (second cluster from the left). Tap them. They will drop down and instantly clear the Yellow bottom Box sitting on the far right.
- Watch the bottom row. Clearing that Yellow Box pulls down a Pink Box.
- Tap the Pink marbles sitting right in the middle of the Top Tray. They will drop and clear the new Pink bottom Box.
- Look at what you just exposed in the Top Tray. Behind the Pink marbles, you just unlocked Green marbles.
- The second column in your bottom Boxes needs Green. Tap those Green marbles immediately to clear that Box.
- The Green Box clears, revealing a Purple Box behind it. Stop and reassess.
- You still have two White bottom Boxes waiting. The White marbles in the Top Tray are trapped behind the Light Blue marbles.
- Tap the Light Blue marbles. Let them sit on your Conveyor Belt. This is a necessary sacrifice.
- Now tap the exposed White marbles. They will drop and clear one of your White bottom Boxes.
Dismantling the Mystery Cross in Marble Sort Level 126
After that opening sequence, the front blockers are gone. You are now staring directly at the Mystery Box tiles. The board state shifts from a planned puzzle to a risk-management game.
The hidden corners of the Top Tray will eventually drop their barricades, flooding the board with Dark Blue, Red, Orange, and thick clusters of Purple. But right now, you have to deal with the grey squares.
Do not pull a Mystery Box unless you have at least three empty slots on your Conveyor Belt. You have to assume the hidden color will not match any of your currently active bottom Boxes.
Focus heavily on clearing the left-side columns in the lower section. You still have those Orange and Brown marbles sitting at the bottom corners of the Top Tray. You need to dig through the left bottom Boxes to reveal the matching Orange and Brown Boxes. Once you clear out the Orange and Brown bait, the side routes open up.
When you tap a Mystery Box and it reveals a playable color, clear it instantly. If it reveals a color you cannot play, leave the remaining Mystery Box tiles alone. Pivot back to the visible colors. Dig down into the bottom Boxes until a slot opens up for the stray color you just accidentally dumped onto the Conveyor Belt.
Surviving the Late Game Squeeze in Marble Sort Level 126
Once the Mystery Box cross is fully dismantled, the wooden corners vanish. The board throws a massive, chaotic mix of Red, Dark Blue, and Green at you.
The pressure here moves entirely to the bottom Boxes. They become highly mixed, meaning you rarely get back-to-back clears of the same color. Pick one specific column of bottom Boxes and force your way through it. If you spread your clears out evenly across all four columns, you will end up with four Boxes demanding colors buried at the very back of the Top Tray. Drive deep into one column to keep a steady rotation of new colors appearing, and you will easily empty the rest of the board.
