Marble Sort Level 23 Guide: The White Block Conveyor Trap

Getting stuck on this exact layout is practically a rite of passage. You open up the board, look at the bottom rows, and immediately realize half your required colors are buried. The dominant colors here are Pink, Orange, Yellow, and Black, but the game deliberately hides your most needed pieces behind bait.

In this specific layout, your Top Tray features a dense 3x5 center grid. The front line is completely choked by Pink, Orange, and White marble blocks. Sitting right behind them is a row containing two Yellow blocks and a Pink block. Go deeper, and you hit a solid wall of Mystery Box blocks marked with question marks.

The lower Boxes are where the real headache begins. You have four columns to manage. The top of column one needs Black. Column two needs Pink. Column three needs Yellow. Column four needs Light Blue. Look back at your Top Tray. You do not have an exposed Black block. You do not have an exposed Light Blue block. You are entirely restricted to playing the middle of the board. The whole match hinges on how you manage the stacked Pink Boxes in column two while keeping your Conveyor Belt from overflowing.

The Blocked Center Pattern in Marble Sort Level 23

Let us break down exactly why this board state feels so restrictive. Every Marble Sort board has a primary bottleneck. Here, it is the bottom-right White block in the Top Tray.

Look at your lower Boxes. You have absolutely nowhere to put White marbles. Column three wants Yellow. Column four wants Light Blue. The White block in the Top Tray is sitting directly on top of the exact Pink block you need to clear the second phase of column two.

Column two is your only viable starting route. It starts with a Pink Box, followed immediately by a second Pink Box, and then an Orange Box. The front row of the Top Tray gives you a Pink block on the far left. That is your first move. But after that, the second Pink block is trapped in row two, right behind that useless White block.

This is the central trap of Marble Sort 23. You cannot reach the second Pink block without moving the White block. If you try to force plays elsewhere, you will clog the Conveyor Belt and fail. Light Blue looks completely safe, but it is actually massive bait. There are no Light Blue blocks visible anywhere in the front half of the Top Tray. Do not touch anything trying to fish for Light Blue.

Your entire early game revolves around making a calculated sacrifice on the Conveyor Belt to dig through column two. Once that column reveals its Orange Box, the board finally breaks wide open.

Marble Sort Level 23 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this release order exactly. Margin for error on the Conveyor Belt is incredibly thin during the opening moves.

Forcing the Pink Sequence in Marble Sort Level 23

The opening taps require you to intentionally load up your belt with unplayable marbles. Do not panic when the space gets tight. This is the only way through the front wall.

  1. Tap the bottom-left Pink block. It will drop from the Top Tray and immediately fill the first Pink Box waiting in column two.
  2. Look at the new target. Column two now requires another set of Pink marbles to clear its next stacked Box.
  3. Drop the bottom-right White block. You do not have a White Box available. These nine White marbles will drop onto the Conveyor Belt and stay there. This eats up over half of your available belt space. Do not tap any other wrong colors after this.
  4. Tap the newly exposed right-side Pink block. This block was hiding behind the White one. It will slide past the waiting White marbles on the belt and perfectly clear the second Pink Box in column two.
  5. Clear the Orange target. Column two will drop down and reveal an Orange Box. Tap the bottom-middle Orange block in the Top Tray. It drops, clears the Box, and finally wipes out the entire front row of the obstacle.

Cracking the Mystery Row in Marble Sort Level 23

With the front wall destroyed, the midgame relies on adapting to what the hidden blocks give you. The pressure on your Conveyor Belt is still dangerously high because those White marbles are still sitting there.

  1. Clear the Yellow target. Row two of the Top Tray now exposes two Yellow blocks. Tap the left Yellow block to clear the waiting Yellow Box at the top of column three.
  2. Trigger the Mystery Box row. Clearing the front Yellow blocks will fully expose the third row of the Top Tray. These are all Mystery Box blocks. The moment they are exposed, they will flip and reveal their true colors.
  3. Prioritize the revealed colors. Depending on what the Mystery Box row gives you, match them instantly to the top of column two or column three. Do not let revealed colors sit if you have an open Box for them.
  4. Hunt for the White Box. As you clear column three (which has a Pink Box under its Yellow one), you will eventually reveal a White Box. The moment you see it, the White marbles sitting on your Conveyor Belt will finally clear out, giving you your belt space back.

Unlocking the Black Box in Marble Sort Level 23

The finish line requires you to finally address the stalled left side of the board.

  1. Dig to row four. By clearing the Mystery Box row, you will expose the fourth row of the Top Tray. This row contains a Black block on the far left.
  2. Release the Black block. Tap it immediately. This finally clears the stubborn Black Box that has been blocking column one since the start of the level.
  3. Mop up the rest. Column one will reveal a Brown Box next. Conveniently, the right side of the fourth row in the Top Tray holds a Brown block. Match it up.

Once column one and column two are pushed down, the Light Blue target in column four will finally have matching blocks revealed in the very back rows. Keep your Conveyor Belt completely clear for these final few drops and you will finish the board without breaking a sweat.
