You need to deal with the Lock and Key mechanic immediately. A distinct 2x2 Panel sits in the top-left corner, wrapped in a blue and purple striped border. The key hovers right there. The start of this level requires surgical precision. You must exploit the front row matches perfectly.

Tap the two Light Blue boxes at the very bottom center of the Top Tray. They will drop straight into the two matching Light Blue Boxes at the top of Column 1 and Column 2.
Watch the bottom columns shift up. You now have a Dark Blue Box and a Red Box exposed on the left side.
Look back at the Top Tray. Tap the exposed Dark Blue box and the Red box to clear them out.
Ignore the White box on the right. Leave it exactly where it is.
Shift your focus to the far right side of the board. You need to clear the Purple and Orange boxes in the Top Tray to match the Purple and Orange bottom Boxes waiting in Columns 3 and 4.
Keep matching the outer edge colors to strip away the blocks guarding the top-left section.
