Marble Sort Level 513 Guide: The Mystery Box Fortress and Center Key Trap

Marble Sort Level 513 is a literal fortress. The board is built to bait you into making blind decisions that will instantly jam your game. The dominant feature here is a massive outer ring of hidden colors protecting a frozen inner core. You cannot just tap your way through this. Every single move must be calculated to expose the exact colors you need without overflowing your limited space.

Your entire goal is trapped in the dead center of the Top Tray. A green Lock and Key sits surrounded by layers of ice and unknown variables. Getting to that key before you run out of slots is the true test of this level.

The Concentric Ring Pattern in Marble Sort Level 513

To beat this board, you need to understand exactly how it is built. It is completely symmetrical in structure, but the color spread is a trap.

The Top Tray is designed in three distinct layers:

  • The Outer Wall: A thick border made almost entirely of grey Mystery Boxes. You have no idea what colors are hiding inside them. Tapping these blindly is the fastest way to lose.
  • The Isolated Corners: Sitting outside the main block are three single exposed colored spheres—purple in the top-left, yellow in the top-right, and pink in the bottom-left. A red cluster block sits alone in the bottom-right corner.
  • The Frozen Inner Ring: Inside the mystery border is a ring of eight Iced Boxes. We can see the colors trapped inside: pink, yellow, green, orange, and purple, along with a couple of empty white frozen blocks.
  • The Core: Dead center sits the green Lock and Key. You cannot touch it until the ice is broken.

Now look at your starting bottom Boxes. The setup dictates your opening moves perfectly. You have four columns. The top layer of these columns demands only two colors: Orange and White.

  • Column 1 starts with Orange (followed by White, Brown, Purple).
  • Column 2 starts with Orange (followed by Red, White, Cyan).
  • Column 3 starts with White (followed by Red, Purple, Cyan).
  • Column 4 starts with White (followed by Orange, Pink, White).

If you pull Cyan, Brown, or Purple from the Top Tray early on, you are in massive trouble. Those bottom Boxes are buried deep.

Marble Sort Level 513 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this specific release order. Space on the Conveyor Belt is your most valuable resource. Do not throw it away on a bad guess.

The Opening Mystery Strategy in Marble Sort Level 513

Your immediate goal is to clear the front line of Orange and White bottom Boxes.

  1. Tap one Mystery Box at a time. Do not spam them. Click one. Look at the color. If it is Orange or White, route it down to start filling your front bottom Boxes.
  2. Hunt for the matches. If your first Mystery Box reveals a Red marble, leave it on the Conveyor Belt. Tap another Mystery Box carefully. You are looking specifically for Orange and White to clear the top layer of columns 1, 2, 3, and 4.
  3. Ignore the corners completely. Leave the top-left purple, top-right yellow, and bottom-left pink pieces alone. You do not have bottom Boxes ready for those colors yet. Pulling them down now will just eat up space.
  4. Expose the Red. As you clear the initial Orange and White bottom Boxes, the second layer reveals Red Boxes in columns 2 and 3. Now you can safely drop the bottom-right red block from the Top Tray and any Red marbles you pulled from the Mystery Boxes.

Shattering the Ice and Turning the Key in Marble Sort Level 513

Clearing the outer wall of Mystery Boxes is only step one. Now you have to breach the inner core.

  1. Target the Mystery Boxes touching the ice. An Iced Box only activates and drops when two of its nearby boxes are cleared. Focus your taps on the specific Mystery Boxes that border the colored Iced Boxes you want to free.
  2. Thaw the right colors. Look at your newly revealed bottom Boxes. Do you have a Purple Box open? Focus on clearing the space around the bottom-right purple Iced Box. Need Pink? Break the ice on the top-left pink Iced Box.
  3. Push for the center. Your absolute highest priority is the green Lock and Key sitting in the middle. You must clear the Iced Boxes touching it.
  4. Trigger the lock. Once the green Lock and Key is free, drop it onto the Conveyor Belt. Route it into a matching green bottom Box as soon as one is exposed. The moment that green Box clears, the physical lock on the lower board shatters.

Surviving the Final Clear in Marble Sort Level 513

The board changes dramatically once the lock breaks.

  1. Watch the Conveyor Belt. With the lock gone, inaccessible bottom Boxes suddenly become playable. Do not panic and dump the rest of the Top Tray.
  2. Use the corner pieces. Now is the time to pull the isolated purple, yellow, and pink marbles from the corners. Use them to finish off the deep bottom Boxes in columns 1 and 4.
  3. Clear the remaining ice. Match any leftover frozen colors (like the orange or green Iced Boxes) with the final lower Boxes to empty the board and complete the level. Focus on one color at a time to prevent a late-game jam.
