Marble Sort Level 6 Guide: The Purple Blockade and Mystery Box Trap

Marble Sort Level 6 is a massive wake-up call. The game stops handing you easy color matches and starts aggressively baiting you into clogging your limited space. The dominant colors here are Purple, Yellow, Orange, and Green, but the way they are stacked completely works against you.

Your entire run is controlled by a harsh front-row blockade in the Top Tray and a heavy reliance on the ? tiles, which act as a Mystery Box wall. If you blindly tap the colors that look easy, your board will jam in under ten seconds. You have to play out of order. You have to intentionally dump the wrong color onto the belt just to reach the right one. This board is entirely about managing a controlled mess.

The Brutal Board Pattern in Marble Sort Level 6

Look closely at how this specific board is rigged against you. The lower section has four distinct columns of bottom Boxes. The active top row is heavily biased and demands one thing: Purple.

Scanning left to right, the top row of active Boxes is Purple, Purple, Purple, and a single Yellow on the far right. Underneath those Purples sits a frustrating wall of Orange and Green Boxes waiting for their turn. Column one hides an Orange Box under its Purple. Column two does the exact same thing. Column three hides a Green Box. Column four is your only immediate saving grace, featuring a Yellow Box sitting on top of a Purple one.

Now look up at the Top Tray. It is a pure trap.

The front row offers you a block of Green, a block of Orange, and two blocks of Yellow on the right. Notice what is missing? There are zero Purple marbles in the front row. The only visible Purple cluster is tucked into the middle row, completely trapped behind the front-row Orange marbles.

Surrounding that lone Purple cluster is a U-shaped formation of dark ? tiles. This Mystery Box mechanic hides the colors you desperately need for the midgame. Because you cannot see what colors sit behind the question marks, you cannot plan your late-game routing. You have to carve a path directly up the middle to flip those tiles.

The Green block on the far left of the Top Tray is pure bait. There is no active Green Box anywhere on the bottom. If you tap that Green block early, it will sit on your Conveyor Belt and eat up your vital temporary storage. The right side of the board is your only safe opening, while the center is your mandatory choke point.

Marble Sort Level 6 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

You have to break this board open by sacrificing belt space. Follow this exact sequence to crack the opening blockade without overflowing your limits.

Surviving the Opening Trap in Marble Sort Level 6

Your first few taps dictate whether you clear the level or instantly wipe. Leave the left side of the board completely alone.

  1. Clear the right side Yellow: Tap the two Yellow clusters on the right side of the Top Tray. They will drop down and instantly clear the active Yellow Box in column four.
  2. Expose the new target: Clearing that Yellow Box raises a Purple Box in column four. Now, all four active bottom Boxes want Purple.
  3. Sacrifice the Conveyor Belt: You must reach the Purple cluster in the middle row of the Top Tray. Tap the Orange cluster in the front row. It has nowhere to go, so it will drop onto the Conveyor Belt and sit there. Do not panic. This is a required move.
  4. Trigger the chain reaction: With the Orange cluster out of the way, tap the exposed Purple cluster. It will drop and clear one of the active Purple Boxes (usually column one or two).
  5. Watch the automatic save: Clearing that Purple Box brings the hidden Orange Box up to the active row. The Orange marbles you stashed on the Conveyor Belt will immediately fly into the newly revealed Orange Box. Your belt is instantly clean again.

Cracking the Mystery Box Wall in Marble Sort Level 6

Once you execute that opening combo, the entire dynamic of the board shifts.

The first major clear rips away the front line and reveals the ? blocks. The Mystery Box tiles flip, usually exposing a mix of more Purples, Oranges, and sometimes an extra Yellow.

Now the pressure moves to the left side of the Top Tray. You still have that original Green cluster sitting untouched. Check your bottom columns. Column three had a Green Box buried under a Purple one. If your midgame reveals allowed you to clear the column three Purple Box, that Green Box is finally active. Now is the time to tap the front-row Green cluster and send it home.

The Conveyor Belt pressure gets extremely tight here. Because the back row of the Top Tray consists entirely of Mystery Box tiles, every clear forces you to react instantly to whatever new color pops up. Prioritize clearing the remaining Purple Boxes in the lower section. Every time a bottom column drops, you expose deeper layers of Green and Yellow. Match the newly revealed top tray colors to these secondary boxes immediately to keep the belt empty.

Cleaning Up the Final Layers in Marble Sort Level 6

By the time you chew through the middle U-shape of the Top Tray, the board is mostly open. The biggest risk at the end of Marble Sort 6 is stranding a color on the belt because you cleared the wrong bottom Box too fast.

Always check the stacked depth of your remaining Boxes. If you see two Yellow Boxes deep in column four, hold your top-level Yellows until those boxes are fully raised. Keep matching from the inside out, stay away from blind guesses on the remaining ? tiles unless you have two free slots on the belt, and the final sequence will clear itself.
