This board is a massive bottleneck. Marble Sort Level 540 forces you into a tight corner right from the start by dropping a giant 2x2 wooden Crate dead in the center of the Top Tray. You cannot access the upper rows. You cannot reach the Mystery Boxes hidden behind it. Everything hinges on breaking that wood.

The dominant colors you need to manage early are Light Pink, Yellow, and Red. The top tray layout is extremely restrictive. You get exactly one playable bottom row of single marbles before you start hitting heavy obstacles. If you drop the wrong colors onto the Conveyor Belt trying to dig around the sides, you will jam the board. The side columns look tempting. They are pure bait.

Sitting just above that bottom row, flanking the Crate, are a bright Green marble block and a Purple marble block. You need to drop three adjacent blocks to shatter that Crate. This means clearing out that bottom middle section is your absolute top priority.

You need a surgical opening to survive this layout. The goal is simple but strict: clear the bottom row, touch the Crate, and keep the side Connected Boxes pinned until the bottom Boxes ask for them.

Opening Moves to Break the Crate in Marble Sort Level 540

Your first taps decide the entire round. You have three Light Pink bottom Boxes hungry for marbles. Feed them immediately.

1. Tap the Light Pink marble block on the bottom left of the Top Tray.
2. Tap the Light Pink marble block on the bottom right of the Top Tray.
3. This clears out the outer edges of the bottom row, leaving the Dark Blue and Light Blue loose.
4. Drop the Light Blue marble from the center. You need to get it out of the way to expose the blocks touching the bottom of the Crate.
5. Look at the Red bottom Box in the active row. You can now pull the Red side of the right-edge Connected Boxes, dragging the Green down with it. The Red clears. The Green sits on the belt. This is acceptable because Green is coming up soon.
6. Drop the Green and Purple blocks flanking the Crate.
7. The Crate shatters. The entire center of the board is now exposed.

Managing the Mystery Box Chaos in Marble Sort Level 540

Breaking the wood completely changes the pressure of the level. The Top Tray is suddenly full of Mystery Boxes unlocking and revealing their colors.

1. Watch the lower Boxes. As the Light Pinks clear out, Yellow and White bottom Boxes slide into the active row.

3. As the lower '0' Tunnels clear completely, the upper '4' Tunnels become accessible.
4. Funnel the Orange and Light Blue blocks from the top center down into the final waves of bottom Boxes.
5. Burn through the remaining Yellow bottom Boxes. The bottom Box stack is very deep on the left side, so keep feeding that column until the board ends. Stop tapping blindly. Match exactly what the front row demands to finish the stage.
