Marble Sort Level 616 Guide: The 16-Count Panel Trap

Marble Sort Level 616 is a massive bottleneck. Half your screen is completely unplayable when the level begins. A giant 16-count Panel locks down the entire left side of the upper board. You cannot touch anything underneath it until you grind out sixteen separate clears on the right side.

This board forces you to play tight. You are dealing with purple, green, yellow, and orange marbles in a very cramped workspace. Every single tap matters because the Conveyor Belt is your only holding area, and it will fill up fast if you pull the wrong colors. The entire challenge of Marble Sort 616 is digging through the right side of the Top Tray without suffocating your board before the big vault finally opens.

Look at the layout of this board. The left side of the Top Tray is entirely swallowed by that massive vault-like Panel requiring 16 clears. You have to ignore it. The right side is your only active zone.

The front line of the Top Tray gives you four visible blocks of marbles: a purple block on the left, two green blocks in the middle, and a yellow block on the right. Behind them, you can see a mix of blue, green, brown, and more purple. Further up, you have orange and yellow blocks. There is also a small, gear-shaped 3-count Panel sitting near the top right, hiding a blue block.

Now look down at your bottom Boxes. You have four columns. The top layer of available Boxes is orange on the far left, yellow in the second column, purple in the third, and another orange on the far right.

Here is the brutal trap of Marble Sort Level 616. Your front row in the Top Tray has two big green blocks right in the middle. But look at your bottom Boxes. There are no green Boxes available at the start. The dark green and light green Boxes are buried in the second and third layers down, trapped underneath the orange Boxes. You have to be incredibly disciplined with your first few moves. Space is your most valuable resource. We need to clear bottom Boxes quickly to tick down both the 3-count Panel and the massive 16-count Panel.

The Critical First Taps in Marble Sort Level 616

The opening moves are right in front of you, but you have to ignore the bait.

1. Tap the front-right yellow block in the Top Tray. It will drop down and instantly clear the yellow Box sitting in the second column.
2. Tap the front-left purple block. It will drop and immediately fill the purple Box in the third column.
3. Stop right here. Do not touch the two green blocks in the front middle. They are pure bait. You have no green Boxes open yet.
4. You need to clear the top-layer orange Boxes on the far left and far right. Look at the Top Tray. The orange marbles are sitting in the third row up.
5. To reach them, carefully drop the blue and purple marbles currently sitting behind your first clears onto the Conveyor Belt. Do not overfill it. You just need enough space to expose the orange blocks.
6. Drop the orange marbles. Fill the left and right orange bottom Boxes to clear them off the board.

Clearing those outer orange Boxes changes everything.

7. With the orange Boxes gone, the dark green and light green bottom Boxes are finally exposed.
8. Now you can safely drop those front-row green marbles from the Top Tray. Route them straight into the newly opened green Boxes.
9. By now, you have secured more than three clears. That small 3-count Panel on the right side of the Top Tray will pop open, revealing the dark blue marbles underneath.
10. Drop the dark blue marbles to match with the blue ones you banked on the Conveyor Belt earlier.
11. Keep cycling through the right side of the board. You will uncover pink, red, and brown marbles near the top right. Match them with the lower Boxes as they become available.
12. Watch the counter on the giant left-side Panel. Every single bottom Box you clear brings the number down. Keep your Conveyor Belt clean. Only drop a color if its matching bottom Box is visible or if you are completely blocked.

14. A huge cluster of loose blue marbles will immediately spill out onto the board, accompanied by tight blocks of light blue, red, and more green.

16. Route the spilled blue marbles into the blue bottom Boxes that populate the later stages of the lower board.
17. Clear out the newly revealed light blue and red blocks. Because you kept your Conveyor Belt tidy during the 16-count grind, you will have plenty of room to bank these fresh colors and finish the sorting puzzle.
