You are going to hate the center of this board. Marble Sort Level 601 traps you immediately with a massive funnel blocked by four countdown Gift Boxes. Two of them require two nearby clears to open. The top two require three. You have to bust through this center chokepoint just to reach the corners, but doing so floods your board with surprise colors.

The initial color spread is heavy on Dark Blue, Pink, and Yellow. The top tray funnels everything down into just two accessible starting blocks: one Pink and one Dark Blue. Below, your starting bottom Boxes offer a slight advantage. You get a Yellow, a Pink, and two Dark Blue Boxes right on the front line. That double Dark Blue setup is your lifeline.

The real threat here is the midgame explosion. When those Gift Boxes finally pop, they spawn a tangled mess of Red, Brown, Light Blue, and Green blocks. If your Conveyor Belt is already half-full of random corner colors when this happens, you will instantly jam and fail the run.

Wedged directly into the sides of this formation are two Gift Boxes marked with a '2'. Sitting higher up in the absolute dead center are two more Gift Boxes marked with a '3'.

You cannot touch the outer wings of the board yet. The top left corner hides a Black block. The top right hides a Light Blue block. These are bait. If you somehow manage to clip the outer edges and drop those colors down, they will rot on your Conveyor Belt. You do not have bottom Boxes ready for Black or Light Blue.

Your bottom Boxes dictate exactly how you must play the opening. The front row gives you Yellow on the far left, Dark Blue in the mid-left, Pink in the mid-right, and another Dark Blue on the far right. Having two Dark Blue Boxes active simultaneously means any Dark Blue marbles you release will immediately find a home.

You need surgical precision in the first ten moves. Do not release anything on the outer edges. Keep your eyes locked on the funnel and the countdown numbers.

Your opening moves must clear the throat of the funnel and start ticking down the lower Gift Boxes.

1. Tap the bottom-center Pink block and the bottom-center Dark Blue block. The Pink will instantly clear your mid-right Pink Box. The Dark Blue will feed your active Dark Blue Boxes.
2. Look at the exposed horizontal row just below the '2' Gift Boxes. Drop the Green block on the left and the Yellow block on the right.
3. Releasing these blocks will trigger the adjacent '2' Gift Boxes. The counter will drop.
4. Drop the newly exposed Dark Blue block from the center. It will slide right into your hungry bottom Boxes.
5. Pull down the remaining Yellow block from that lower middle section to clear out your far-left Yellow Box. This will reveal a Green bottom Box underneath it.
6. By now, the '2' Gift Boxes will pop open. The '3' Gift Boxes above them will tick down to 1. Brace yourself. The board is about to change.

9. Drop the new Red blocks that just spawned from the center Gift Box explosion. Clear that mid-left Red Box immediately to keep the queue moving.
10. Pull the newly revealed Green blocks to satisfy the front-left Green Box.
11. If a stray Brown or Light Blue block blocks your path to a needed color, you can drop exactly one of them onto the Conveyor Belt. Do not drop two. Space is critical right now.
12. Use the remaining Pink blocks in the upper center to clear out the mid-right column.
