The dominant colors here are Light Blue, White, Yellow, Orange, and Green. However, color matching is not what kills your run. The real run-enders are the two outer columns.

You have Multiplier Gates marked with a stark "x2" sitting directly beneath the far-left and far-right drops. Tapping an Orange or Yellow block down those outer chutes too early will flood your board, immediately maxing out your available space.
