Marble Sort Level 474 Guide: The Dashed Border Trap and Triple Tunnels
This board is an absolute grind if you misread the starting layout. You are immediately facing a massive color block. The dominant colors are Green, Orange, Blue, Yellow, and Red.
Look straight at the Top Tray. It features a dense upper grid that tapers down into a protruding T-shape at the very bottom center. This T-shape is made of two yellow textured marbles and one white textured marble. Up at the top edge, you have three blue archways. These are Tunnels marked with numbers (2, 3, and 2). On the left side, you will spot a light blue and a brown marble tied together. On the right, there is a distinct 2x2 group of marbles contained inside a dashed blue border.
Your starting bottom Boxes are demanding Orange, Orange, Green, and Red. This initial lineup is where most players fail. The board baits you into making easy drops that completely ruin your spacing.
The T-Shape Pattern in Marble Sort Level 474
To beat this exact layout, you need to understand how the Top Tray is forcing your hand. The bottom Boxes dictate every move. You start with two Orange Boxes, one Green, and one Red.
Green is highly accessible. You can see several Green marbles sitting safely in the lower-middle rows just above that bottom T-shape. Orange, however, is your first major headache. The Orange marbles are split apart. You have one sitting exposed on the lower-left edge and another on the lower-right edge. You must dig carefully to find enough Orange to satisfy those two hungry Boxes without pulling down dead colors.
This brings us to the biggest trap in Marble Sort 474. Those textured yellow and white marbles at the very bottom center of the Top Tray look incredibly tempting to tap because they are completely exposed. Do not touch them. There is no Yellow or White Box in the starting lineup. If you drop them early, they will sit dead on your Conveyor Belt, stealing three of your precious empty slots right when you need maximum flexibility to dig for Orange.
You also have to respect the locked mechanics on the wings. The left side features Connected Boxes—the light blue and brown marbles are physically tied together. Tapping one drops both. The right side features a dashed blue border grouping holding a Blue, Red, Yellow, and Purple marble. This acts as a tangled knot that you cannot just blast open until the lower Boxes cycle to matching colors.
Marble Sort Level 474 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Follow this release order to control the belt and safely open the upper grid. Do not rush the first few moves.
Surviving the Opening T-Shape in Marble Sort Level 474
The start of this level requires strict discipline. You have to ignore the most obvious pieces on the board.
- Leave the textured yellow and white marbles at the bottom center completely alone. They are pure bait right now.
- Focus strictly on filling the Green Box. Tap the accessible Green marbles scattered in the lower-middle rows. Clearing Green first requires the least amount of risky digging.
- Once the Green Box clears, a new one will slide in. Now shift your attention to the double Orange Boxes.
- Tap the exposed Orange marble on the far left edge and the one on the far right edge.
- Carefully peel away the Red and Blue marbles sitting above them to uncover the remaining Orange pieces. Route any Red marbles you grab straight into the starting Red Box.
- Clear at least one of the Orange Boxes before you make any aggressive moves into the center of the board.
Unlocking the Dashed Square and Connected Boxes in Marble Sort Level 474
Once you clear those stubborn Orange and Green starting Boxes, the board will slide in new colors like White, Cyan, or Yellow. The middle game is all about managing the two side mechanics.
- When a Yellow or White Box finally appears at the bottom, instantly drop those textured marbles from the bottom center. Getting them out of the way opens up the entire core of the Top Tray.
- Look at the Connected Boxes on the left. The Cyan and Brown marbles drop together. Only tap them when you have at least two empty slots on your Conveyor Belt, and ideally only when a Cyan or Brown Box is currently active to immediately soak up one of the pieces.
- Attack the 2x2 dashed blue border on the right. This grouping contains Blue, Red, Yellow, and Purple. Break this square open only when you have bottom Boxes ready for at least two of those specific colors.
- Keep working your way up the central columns. Your goal is to clear the path directly beneath the three top archways without jamming your belt.
Clearing the Triple Tunnels in Marble Sort Level 474
The end of the level is guarded by the three blue Tunnels at the top. They are holding 7 hidden marbles in total (2 on the left, 3 in the middle, 2 on the right).
- Once the lower layers are cleared, the Tunnels will activate. Do not rapid-tap as these hidden marbles drop down.
- The middle Tunnel holds the most marbles. Prioritize clearing the colors blocking it so it can empty out first.
- Match the newly revealed Tunnel colors strictly front-to-back. If a color drops that does not match an active bottom Box, leave it exactly where it is.
- Play slow, keep at least three slots open on your Conveyor Belt, and cycle through the final Boxes to finish the board.
