Trapped between those crates is a vertical stack of single blocks. Reading from bottom to top, this center column is White, Light Green, Orange, and Blue.

Now look at your bottom Boxes. This is where the trap snaps shut. You have four columns of lower Boxes to fill.

Tap the center White block. This drops 9 marbles. They will instantly fill the White Boxes sitting on top of Slot 1 and Slot 2. You will have 3 White marbles left over on the Conveyor Belt. Ignore them. They are safe for now.
Tap the center Light Green block. Clearing that first White block in the center column exposed a Light Green one right behind it.
