You load up this board and immediately see a mess of horizontal and vertical links. Marble Sort Level 41 is entirely built around managing a severe bottleneck at the very start of the game. The dominant colors here are Orange, Green, Dark Blue, and Purple. The board forces you into a tight corner by deliberately mismatching the front line of your Top Tray with the front line of your bottom Boxes.

If you just start tapping colors left to right, you will lose in the first ten seconds. The key obstacle controlling the flow of this level is the set of horizontal Connected Boxes hiding just behind the front row. You have to open the board carefully to make room for them.

You need to read this specific board top to bottom to see the trap. Look at the front line of the Top Tray. You have Light Blue on the far left, followed by Purple, Green, and Orange on the right.

Do you see the problem? The Light Blue and Purple marbles sitting at the front of your Top Tray have nowhere to go. There are zero Light Blue or Purple Boxes active on the bottom. If you tap them, they will drop down and eat up crucial space on your Conveyor Belt.

Order is everything here. You have to clear the right side of the board to make room for the left side. Keep your hands off the Light Blue and Purple marbles until the bottom columns shift.

Beating the opening trap in Marble Sort Level 41

The opening moves dictate whether you survive the midgame. You must create an empty runway for your connected drops.

1. Tap the front-row Green marbles located in the third column of the Top Tray. This will send them down to clear the Green Box waiting in the bottom-left column.
2. Tap the front-row Orange marbles located on the far right of the Top Tray. This clears the first Orange Box waiting in the second column at the bottom.
3. Leave the front-row Light Blue and Purple marbles exactly where they are. Do not touch them. Let them sit in the Top Tray. It is a trap.

Triggering the horizontal links in Marble Sort Level 41

Clearing that first layer exposes the real mechanics of the board. You now have access to the horizontal Connected Boxes in the second row. Your Conveyor Belt is completely empty, which is exactly what you need for this next phase.

4. Activate the Orange-Orange horizontal Connected Boxes. This drops six Orange marbles all at once. Because you opened up the bottom row, these will immediately flow into the Orange Boxes waiting in columns two and three.
5. Activate the Dark Blue-Green horizontal Connected Boxes right next to them.
6. Watch the right side of your bottom Boxes. The Dark Blue marbles will instantly clear the front Box in the far right column. The Green marbles will either clear the newly exposed Green Box in the first column or the one in the right column, depending on how the queue shifts.
7. Now that the heavy connected drops are out of the way, your Conveyor Belt is safe. Tap the front Light Blue and Purple marbles to get them out of the way. They will sit on the belt briefly, but the bottom board is now shifted enough to reveal their matching Boxes soon.

8. Look at the top left of the Top Tray. You have two Dark Blue Boxes connected vertically. Drop them. The rightmost column on the bottom consists entirely of alternating Dark Blue and Green Boxes, so these will clear out quickly.
9. Look at the top right of the Top Tray. You have a Pink connected vertically to a Yellow. Drop them onto the Conveyor Belt.
10. At this point, the left and middle bottom columns will have exposed their buried Purple and Pink Boxes. Use the remaining loose Purple, Yellow, and Pink marbles in the center of your Top Tray to finish filling them.
11. Keep feeding the far-right bottom column with whatever Green and Dark Blue marbles remain. Keep your Conveyor Belt moving and the board will clear perfectly.
