Marble Sort Level 625 Guide: The Center Ice Trap

You are going to fail this board if you get distracted by the sides. Marble Sort Level 625 features a very aggressive layout designed to bait you into a quick Conveyor Belt jam. The dominant colors starting out are red, light blue, brown, and orange, but the real threat sits right in the middle. Three Iced Boxes are locked up in the center of the Top Tray, blocking your access to the upper half of the board.

If you do not crack that ice immediately, you run out of moves. You have to carefully pick apart the front rows, manage a highly restrictive set of lower Boxes, and avoid the massive Tunnels flanking the left and right edges. Let’s break down exactly how this board is wired so you can beat it.

The Restricted Cross Pattern in Marble Sort Level 625

Take a hard look at how this board is built. It is not a free-for-all. The gray barrier in the lower middle forms a cross shape, forcing the front-line marbles into two awkward lower pockets.

Right on top of that gray cross sit three Iced Boxes containing green, light blue, and orange marbles. These are your main obstacles. To crack them, you have to drop the standard boxes sitting directly next to them.

Flanking the extreme left and right walls are three-stack Tunnels. These are pure bait. They hide a massive amount of marbles, and if you start tapping them early just to see what is inside, you will instantly choke your Conveyor Belt.

The front line of the Top Tray gives you a very specific set of tools. You have one light blue Box isolated on the bottom left. In the lower middle, you have a cluster of three red Boxes. Behind them sit the brown and orange boxes.

Now look at your starting bottom Boxes. From left to right, the front row needs light blue, red, brown, and another red.

The trap here is order of operations. You have the exact colors needed to clear the first wave of bottom Boxes, but if you pull them in the wrong sequence, you leave the Iced Boxes frozen. You must play the center first. The side Tunnels hide mid-game colors like yellow and pink. Leave them completely alone until the board forces your hand.

Marble Sort Level 625 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

You need precision here. Your Conveyor Belt has zero room for error. We are going to aggressively clear the front line, thaw the center ice, and then carefully manage the hidden colors in the mid-game.

Cracking the Front Line in Marble Sort Level 625

The start of this level is entirely about activating the center ice. Do not touch the sides.

  1. Tap the single light blue Box sitting in the bottom left corner of the Top Tray. This drops perfectly into the first bottom Box on the far left.
  2. Immediately tap the three red Boxes clustered in the lower center. Your second and fourth bottom Boxes both need red. This clears them out instantly and opens up the queue.
  3. Dropping those red boxes exposes the brown Boxes right behind them. Tap the front brown boxes to clear the brown bottom Box waiting in the third slot.
  4. Watch the center. Because you just dropped the red and brown boxes adjacent to the middle, the Iced Boxes will crack and activate. You now have access to the trapped green, light blue, and orange Boxes.
  5. Look at your new bottom Boxes. The second layer reveals more light blue and red. Pull the newly un-iced light blue Box from the center to keep the left side moving.

Managing the Tunnel Reveal in Marble Sort Level 625

Once the front line is gone and the ice is broken, the board completely changes its identity.

  1. The lower Boxes will suddenly shift. You will start seeing yellow and pink bottom Boxes cycle into the front row.
  2. You cannot find yellow and pink in the open lower sections of the Top Tray. Now is the time to start pulling from the upper rows and the side Tunnels.
  3. Tap the top of the Tunnels carefully. They will start feeding pink and yellow Boxes onto the board.
  4. Only drop a pink or yellow Box if you have the matching bottom Box ready to receive it. If you dump a yellow onto the Conveyor Belt while you still need orange to clear a slot, you will cause a fatal traffic jam.
  5. Clear the orange Boxes sitting on the right side of the main cluster. You need these to clear out the stubborn right-side bottom Boxes that block the late-game queue.
  6. Pace your taps. The Tunnels drop multiple boxes in a row. Let a bottom Box completely clear off the screen and reveal the next color before you commit to pulling another hidden marble from the sides.
  7. Mop up the remaining green and brown Boxes at the very top of the tray to finish the stage. Keep the Conveyor Belt lean and you will clear this easily.
