Marble Sort Level 13 Guide: The Mismatch Trap and Tunnel Blockade

This board is incredibly deceptive right from the start. You load into Marble Sort Level 13 and instantly see a massive color mismatch between the Top Tray and the bottom Boxes. The dominant colors you need to juggle here are Yellow, Purple, Dark Blue, and Pink, but the game deliberately hides what you actually need behind layers of useless marbles.

The Top Tray features a block of four immediately accessible marble stacks: Green, Light Blue, Pink, and Yellow. At the very back sits an inverted L-shape of seven gray Mystery Boxes that you cannot touch yet. Directly below those, right in the middle of the board, is a Tunnel with a countdown number of "3".

Down at the bottom, your starting Boxes are demanding Dark Blue, Yellow, Yellow, and Purple. Do you see the problem? Only one color in the front row of the Top Tray actually matches an open bottom Box. The rest of the front row is pure bait. One wrong tap here clogs up your entire Conveyor Belt and ruins the run before it even really starts.

Let’s break down exactly how this specific board is rigged against you. The order of the columns in the Top Tray dictates your entire strategy.

Look at the far-left column. A block of Green marbles sits right at the front. Directly behind it is Purple, and behind that is Yellow. Over on the mid-left column, a Light Blue block blocks a Dark Blue block, which in turn blocks the Tunnel entrance.

Now look at the right side. The mid-right column starts with Pink. That Pink blocks Purple, which blocks Yellow. The far-right column is your only immediate lifeline. It features a Yellow block, followed by another Yellow block, and then a Light Blue block.

The bottom receiver Boxes are arranged to force you into bad decisions. The front row of receiver Boxes asks for Dark Blue, Yellow, Yellow, and Purple. Your Conveyor Belt has extremely limited space. If you blindly tap the Green, Light Blue, or Pink marbles sitting at the front of the Top Tray, they will just sit on the Conveyor Belt. They have nowhere to go. There is no Green Box. There is no Light Blue Box. There is no Pink Box.

This is the central trap in Marble Sort 13. The game wants you to panic and dump the front row onto the Conveyor Belt. Do not do it. You have to surgically extract the hidden Dark Blue and Purple blocks from the second row while keeping your belt as empty as possible. You also need to trigger three successful clears to pop that Tunnel open, which changes the entire layout of the board.

You need a strict release order here. You cannot freestyle the opening moves. If you fill the Conveyor Belt with bait colors, the level is over.

Surviving the initial color mismatch in Marble Sort Level 13

Your first priority is clearing the front row of bottom Boxes by digging out the hidden colors in the Top Tray. We are going to use the Conveyor Belt strictly as a temporary holding zone.

1. Tap the far-right Yellow block in the Top Tray. This drops perfectly into the Yellow bottom Box and clears it.
2. A new Purple bottom Box slides up on the right side. You now need Purple.
3. Tap the mid-right Pink block. This is a sacrifice play. Send it to the Conveyor Belt. It will sit there, but it uncovers the Purple block you desperately need.
4. Tap that newly revealed Purple block. It drops into the bottom right Purple Box and clears it.
5. You still need Dark Blue for the far-left bottom Box. Go to the mid-left column in the Top Tray. Tap the Light Blue block and send it to the Conveyor Belt.
6. This exposes the Dark Blue block. Tap the Dark Blue block to send it down to the far-left Dark Blue Box.

Triggering the Tunnel and Mystery Boxes in Marble Sort Level 13

By making those initial clears, you just counted down the Tunnel in the middle of the board. The number hits zero. The board state completely shifts.

The Tunnel immediately ejects a block of Pink marbles into the Top Tray. At the exact same time, the bottom left area shifts and reveals a brand new Pink bottom Box. Look at your Conveyor Belt. You already have Pink marbles waiting there from your sacrifice play in step 3.

The back row is also waking up. The gray Mystery Boxes at the top start to flip, revealing Dark Blue marbles on the left side and Green marbles on the right side. The pressure on the Conveyor Belt is high right now, but the board is finally opening up.

7. Tap the new Pink block that just dropped out of the Tunnel. It will combine with the Pink marbles already sitting on your Conveyor Belt and drop straight into the new Pink bottom Box.
8. Tap the Green block on the far left of the Top Tray. A Green bottom Box has now cycled up into the receiver slots. Drop the Green marbles to clear it.
9. Look at your Conveyor Belt. You still have Light Blue marbles stuck there from step 5. Tap the Light Blue block sitting at the back of the far-right column to complete the set and clear out the Light Blue bottom Box that recently appeared.

You have survived the nasty opening trap. The Conveyor Belt is breathing again. The Tunnel is empty. All that remains is cleaning up the revealed Mystery Boxes and the leftovers in the Top Tray.

10. Tap the Dark Blue marbles that were just revealed by the Mystery Boxes on the top left. Route them into the waiting Dark Blue bottom Box.
11. Tap the Green marbles revealed by the right-side Mystery Boxes. Send them down to the final Green receiver Box.
12. Sweep up the remaining Yellow and Purple blocks. Because the Conveyor Belt is mostly clear now, you can drop them in any order to match the final bottom Boxes and finish the level.
