Marble Sort Level 4 Guide: The Triple Orange Blockade
Marble Sort Level 4 hits you with a heavy color imbalance right at the start. You are staring down a board dominated by Orange, Green, Blue, and Yellow marbles. The real headache here is not the colors themselves. It is the awkward, stepped shape of the Top Tray combined with a highly restrictive front row of bottom Boxes.
You have to clear out a massive orange blockade before you can even touch the left side of the board. The game wants you to panic and tap the colors that are immediately available on the left. Do not fall for it. This board requires strict patience. If you load up the Conveyor Belt with the wrong sequence, you will hit a dead end within the first five moves.
The L-Shaped Board Pattern in Marble Sort Level 4
To beat Marble Sort Level 4, you have to read the board strictly from right to left.
The Top Tray is shaped like an uneven staircase or an L-shape. The two columns on the left are stacked four blocks high. The two columns on the right are only two blocks high. This creates a massive problem because the bulk of your trapped marbles are buried on the left side, but you cannot safely play them yet.
Let's look at the exact bottom row of the Top Tray. On the far left (column one), you have a Green marble cluster. Next to it in column two is a Yellow marble cluster. In column three and four, you have two Orange marble clusters.
Now look at your active row of bottom Boxes sitting right under the Conveyor Belt. From left to right, you have an Orange Box, another Orange Box, a Blue Box, and a final Orange Box.
This is the entire puzzle identity of Marble Sort Level 4. Three out of your four active bottom Boxes demand Orange marbles. Yet, the Orange marbles in your Top Tray are only available on the right side. The bottom-left Green and bottom-left Yellow clusters are massive bait. Tapping them first will immediately clog your Conveyor Belt because there are no active Green or Yellow Boxes to catch them. The front row is blocking everything.
You must focus your attention entirely on the short right-side stacks. Every decision in the early game revolves around feeding those three Orange Boxes and that single Blue Box so the board can shift upward.
Marble Sort Level 4 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Your opening sequence has to be flawless. The Conveyor Belt has extremely limited space. Sending down a color that cannot immediately drop into an active Box is a fatal mistake.
First Moves and Avoiding Bait in Marble Sort Level 4
- Tap the bottom-right Orange clusters. Your very first move must be targeting the two Orange blocks sitting at the bottom of column three and column four in the Top Tray.
- Feed the Orange Boxes. Sending these Orange marbles down will immediately fill and clear two of the active Orange Boxes in the front row.
- Ignore the left side entirely. Do not touch the Green block at the bottom of column one. Do not touch the Yellow block at the bottom of column two. It is tempting because they are right there, but playing them will instantly jam your Conveyor Belt.
- Target the exposed Blue. Once the two bottom-right Orange clusters are gone, the Top Tray reveals a Blue block in column three and a Green block in column four. You have an active Blue Box sitting in the third position of your bottom row. Tap that newly exposed Blue block immediately.
- Clear the first layer. This clears the Blue Box. You are now making serious progress and opening up the second layer of the board.
Revealing the Second Layer in Marble Sort Level 4
Clearing the initial Orange and Blue Boxes fundamentally changes the pressure of the level. The bottom Boxes will slide forward, completely shifting your target colors.
- Analyze the new front row. As the first layer clears, the second row of bottom Boxes slides up. Based on the starting stack, this row will demand Green and Blue marbles.
- Release the left-side Green. Remember that bottom-left Green cluster we ignored earlier? Now is the time to play it. With Green Boxes finally active in the front row, you can safely tap the bottom of column one in the Top Tray.
- Use the newly exposed Top Tray colors. The right side of the Top Tray is now much lower. You will have a Green block exposed in column four. Tap it to feed the remaining Green Boxes.
- Manage the Yellow trap. The bottom of column two in your Top Tray still has that Yellow cluster. Look at your bottom Boxes. Yellow is buried way in the back of column four. Do not release that Yellow cluster until you have systematically cleared out the Orange and Green Boxes blocking its path.
Clearing the Left Stack Finish in Marble Sort Level 4
The late game is all about dismantling the tall stacks on the left. Once you clear the right side, Marble Sort 4 becomes a straight downward dig.
- Focus on column two. With the bottom Yellow cluster holding up column two, you need to wait until the back row of Boxes pushes forward. Once a Yellow Box appears, blast that Yellow cluster.
- Burn through the remaining stack. Clearing that Yellow cluster finally drops the two Orange blocks and the Blue block sitting above it.
- Match the final boxes. At this point, your bottom Boxes will be a mix of Orange, Blue, and Green. Keep your eyes on the active front row. Only release the corresponding block from the Top Tray when the exact matching Box is ready to receive it. Keep the Conveyor Belt as empty as possible during these final taps to secure the win.
