The opening moves are straightforward but strict. You must clear the front row of lower Boxes exactly in this order to free up the board.

Tap the two visible Yellow blocks in the Top Tray (column three and column five). This immediately fills and clears the front-left Yellow bottom Box.
Tap the Blue block on the far left.
Tap the Orange block in column two. Both drop into the front row and clear their respective bottom Boxes.
Drop the Pink block sitting in column six. This wipes out the front-right Pink bottom Box.
