Marble Sort Level 160 Guide: The 3x3 Block Trap and Double Key Board
You open up this board and immediately see three massive, textured 3x3 color blocks sitting at the very bottom of the tray. It looks intimidating. Do not let the size of those blocks fool you. The real threat in Marble Sort Level 160 is not the bottom row. It is the massive wall of gray question marks dominating the center of the board.
You have to manage a tricky double key extraction on the outer edges while completely ignoring the center until the very end. One wrong tap into that central gray wall will flood your board with colors you cannot use. We need a precise surgical strike on the left and right flanks. Here is exactly how to break this layout down.
The Double Key Board pattern in Marble Sort Level 160
Every piece of this board is designed to tempt you into making a bad move. You need to look closely at how the top layout aligns with your bottom targets.
Your active bottom Boxes at the start are Red on the far left, Green in the mid-left, Yellow in the mid-right, and Magenta on the far right.
Look directly below the main marble cluster in the Top Tray. You have three massive 3x3 connected blocks: Red on the left, Light Blue in the middle, and Dark Blue on the right. These blocks perfectly mirror the first three layers of the leftmost column of your bottom Boxes (Red, then Light Blue, then Dark Blue).
Underneath that Dark Blue box sits a Yellow Box secured with a heavy Lock. You cannot clear that column until you find the keys.
The keys are sitting on the outer edges of the Top Tray. On the middle-left edge, resting on top of a lime green marble, is a purple marble holding a silver Key. On the middle-right edge, resting on top of a yellow marble, is a green marble holding the second silver Key.
The entire center of the board is a dangerous barricade. Eleven gray Mystery Boxes form a solid V-shape, blocking access to the upper half of the board. Above them sit two gray Tunnels marked with the number 2. At the very top, in the four corners, are light blue gift boxes marked with the number 3.
The trap here is obvious. The game wants you to tap the Mystery Boxes because you will quickly run out of obvious moves. If you start blind-tapping those gray squares, your Conveyor Belt will instantly jam. You must clear the outer edges to get the keys first.
Marble Sort Level 160 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Your opening moves are practically handed to you, but you must execute them in the exact right order. We are going to wipe out those giant bottom blocks first to create breathing room, then pivot to a surgical extraction of the two keys.
Clearing the 3x3 Chain in Marble Sort Level 160
The bottom left stack of Boxes is your immediate priority. Do not look at the right side of the board yet.
- Tap the massive Red 3x3 block at the bottom left of the Top Tray. This will perfectly fill and clear the active Red Box on the bottom left.
- Clearing the Red Box reveals a Light Blue Box. Tap the Light Blue 3x3 block in the bottom center of the tray. This drops down and clears the Light Blue Box.
- Clearing the Light Blue Box reveals a Dark Blue Box. Tap the Dark Blue 3x3 block on the bottom right. This drops down and clears the Dark Blue Box.
- Stop. The left column now displays a Yellow Box with a Lock. You cannot touch this column again until both keys are collected.
Hunting the Outer Keys in Marble Sort Level 160
With the giant blocks gone, the bottom of the Mystery Box wall is exposed. Leave it alone. Your active Boxes are now Green (mid-left), Yellow (mid-right), and Magenta (far right). We need to work the extreme left and right columns of the tray to get our keys.
- Look at the far right edge of the Top Tray. Find the exposed magenta marble. Tap it. This drops into the far right Magenta Box, clearing it.
- Clearing the Magenta Box reveals a Purple Box. This is crucial.
- Now look at the far left edge of the Top Tray. You need the purple marble with the Key, but a lime green marble is blocking it.
- Tap the lime green marble on the bottom left. Let it sit on your Conveyor Belt. You have plenty of room right now.
- Tap the purple marble with the first Key. It will drop directly into the newly revealed Purple Box on the far right. One key down.
- Shift your focus back to the right edge of the Top Tray. Below the green key marble is a yellow marble. Tap the yellow marble.
- The yellow marble drops into the active Yellow Box in the mid-right column, clearing it.
- The green marble with the second Key is now completely exposed. Tap it. It will drop into the active Green Box in the mid-left column.
- Both keys are collected. The Lock on the bottom-left Yellow Box shatters.
Breaking the Center Barricade in Marble Sort Level 160
You now have access to the bottom-left Yellow Box. This completely changes the momentum of the board.
- Tap the yellow marble sitting on the left side, right below the gray Mystery Box wall. This fills your newly unlocked Yellow Box.
- You finally have enough active Boxes across the bottom to start dismantling the center. Tap the lowest point of the Mystery Box V-shape.
- Evaluate the color that drops. Match it to your open Boxes. Work your way up the center slowly. Do not tap three Mystery Boxes in a row without clearing something off the Conveyor Belt.
- As you chew through the center, keep an eye on the outer columns of the tray. You have exposed orange, white, and lime green marbles on the left, and blue, lime green, and purple marbles on the right. Pull from the visible outer columns whenever possible to save Conveyor Belt space.
- Once the gray wall is gone, the two Tunnels will open up. Clear the front marbles to force the hidden ones out.
- Finish by targeting the four light blue boxes marked with 3 at the top. They require multiple drops, so only attack them when you have at least three empty slots on your belt. Keep your sorting disciplined, and the rest of the board will collapse easily.
