This board is an absolute mess of grey squares and blocked paths. Marble Sort Level 640 immediately threatens you with a massive center grid completely made of Hidden Boxes. You cannot see what colors you need to sort for the midgame. You are forced to play blind.

The dominant colors you can actually see at the start are Purple, Red, Blue, and White. The Top Tray is heavily segmented. The center is a giant block of mysteries. On the outer edges, you have vertical Tunnels. The left Tunnels hold Red, Green, and Pink marbles. The right Tunnels hold Purple, Red, and White marbles. The only thing saving you from an immediate jam on the Conveyor Belt is a set of three explosive rockets tied to a central box. You must trigger these rockets to blow open the board.

Every move on this board revolves around opening that center grid. At the very bottom of the Top Tray, sitting just below the rockets, you have a single exposed row of colored marbles. From left to right, this row shows White, Blue, Purple, Red, and White.

Look down at your starting bottom Boxes. The active queue demands Purple, Red, Purple, and Blue. This alignment dictates your entire opening strategy. The order matters immensely.

The White marbles on the far left and far right of the front row are pure bait. You do not have a White Box waiting on the Conveyor Belt. If you tap those White marbles first, they will drop down and eat up precious space. The Conveyor Belt has extremely limited room in Marble Sort 640. One early mistake with those White marbles guarantees a jam before the rockets even detonate.

Your first clear dictates everything. You have to feed the exact colors sitting under the rockets. Clearing those specific colored groups breaks the ropes holding the rockets. Once those rockets fire, they blast away a massive chunk of the Hidden Boxes above them. This reveals the yellow numbered blocks deeper in the grid and exposes the midgame colors. Until that happens, those side Tunnels are totally off-limits.

Triggering the Explosives in Marble Sort Level 640

Your only goal right now is clearing the front row of the Top Tray to ignite the rockets. Leave the White marbles alone.

1. Tap the center Purple marbles in the Top Tray. This immediately drops them onto the Conveyor Belt and clears the first Purple bottom Box.
2. Tap the Red marbles sitting just to the right of the center. This clears the Red bottom Box waiting in the second slot.
3. Tap the Blue marbles sitting on the left side of the front row. This clears the Blue bottom Box on the far right.
4. You still need one more set of Purple marbles to clear the remaining front Box. Look at the right-side Tunnels. The top Tunnel on the right holds exactly three Purple marbles. Release them now.
5. Clearing these specific groups triggers the rockets. The rockets will fire outward and upward, destroying the lower layers of the grey Hidden Boxes.

Surviving the Hidden Box Reveal in Marble Sort Level 640

The board just completely changed. The rockets wiped out the blockade, leaving empty white gear shells behind and revealing a fresh cluster of marbles in the Top Tray. You will now see exposed Red, Teal, Blue, and Purple marbles sitting in the middle of the grid.

Your bottom Boxes will also shift. You will suddenly face demands for Light Green, White, and Pink marbles. The pressure on the Conveyor Belt gets intense here.

6. Check the left side of the Conveyor Belt. If you have a long string of Light Green marbles dropping down, hold off on tapping anything else. Let the bottom Boxes slide into place to catch them.
7. Release the White marbles from the front corners of the Top Tray only when a White bottom Box finally appears in the queue.
8. Do not tap the Teal marbles in the upper center yet. Teal is midgame bait. Wait until a Teal Box is locked in on the bottom.
