Marble Sort Level 244 is entirely built around baiting you into a massive bottleneck. You load in and immediately see a huge x2 Multiplier Gate dominating the bottom center of the board. It looks like a fun shortcut. It is actually a death trap.

This board forces you to juggle a heavily restricted Top Tray while dealing with iced marbles and two locked Tunnels on the far edges. The dominant colors you need to worry about early on are Green, Brown, and Purple. If you touch the center columns too soon, the Multiplier Gate will duplicate marbles you do not have bottom Boxes for, instantly jamming your Conveyor Belt. We need to play the outside edges first and force the bottom stacks to reveal the colors we actually want.

Take a hard look at the starting layout. This is not a board where you can just tap whatever matches. The Top Tray is structured to block your best moves.

Now look at your bottom Boxes. The starting top layer asks for Green, Brown, Green, and Purple.

This setup dictates your entire early game. The far-left stack of bottom Boxes starts with Green, but hides a White and then three more Greens beneath it. The second stack wants Brown, hiding Green and a massive stack of Orange. The third stack wants Green, blocking Blue and Pink. The far-right stack starts with Purple, hiding Brown, Pink, and Green.

Your very first taps must focus on fulfilling the top layer of the bottom Boxes without triggering the center trap.

1. Target the exposed Green marbles in the second and fifth columns of the Top Tray. Drop them to clear out the two Green bottom Boxes sitting in the first and third slots of the lower area.
2. Dropping those Greens will expose a White bottom Box on the left and a Blue bottom Box on the right.
3. Now look at the far-left and far-right bottom corners of the Top Tray. Drop the Purple Box and the Green Box down to the lower area.
4. Clearing the Purple Box from the top left finally gives you access to the left Tunnel. This is crucial because it holds the marbles you will need for the midgame.
5. Clear the Brown bottom Box (second stack) using the brown iced marbles. Dropping adjacent free marbles will crack the ice, letting you slot the brown marbles into the Conveyor Belt to clear that stack.
