Marble Sort Level 306 Guide: The Massive Mystery Box Wall and Linked Traps

This board is an absolute meat grinder if you do not respect the opening moves. Marble Sort Level 306 throws a massive, completely opaque wall at you right from the start. You cannot see what you are working toward. You only get to see the front line. Make one wrong drop onto the belt, and the hidden colors behind the wall will jam you up permanently.

The dominant colors you have to deal with immediately are Blue, Orange, Pink, and Brown. But the real threat isn't the visible colors. It is the overwhelming block of gray hiding the rest of the board.

The unique Mystery Box pattern in Marble Sort Level 306

This layout is designed to force you into a claustrophobic corner. The Top Tray is heavily fortified. You are staring down twenty-six gray Mystery Boxes stacked four rows deep. They block almost everything.

Embedded at the very top of this gray wall are two Gift Boxes, each stamped with a "5". You know exactly what that means. When those finally crack open, they are going to flood the board with a massive amount of marbles. If your bottom area isn't cleared out by then, you are dead.

Sitting just below the gray wall are two Arrow Boxes—one orange pointing left, one red pointing right. They act as the gatekeepers. Below them, the only playable marbles you have at the very start are Orange, Blue, Pink, Blue, and Brown.

The bottom Boxes are just as tricky. You have four columns. The front row gives you a Blue Box on the far left, an Orange Box in the middle-left, another Blue Box in the middle-right, and a Green Box on the far right.

Look closely at the second row down in the bottom area. This is where the trap lies. There is a set of Connected Boxes linking a Brown box and a Pink box. Because they are tied together, they drop at the exact same time. You cannot clear the Brown without clearing the Pink. If you dump colors onto the Conveyor Belt hoping to cycle past them, the belt will fill up instantly.

The Green Box on the far right is pure bait at the start. You do not have any exposed Green marbles in the Top Tray. Do not try to dig for Green. You have to play the colors exactly as they are handed to you in the front row.

Marble Sort Level 306 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

You need surgical precision to open this board. The early game is entirely about getting those linked boxes out of the way so the gray wall can start feeding you usable pieces.

Clearing the Connected Boxes in Marble Sort Level 306

The first five taps dictate whether you win or lose this round. You have to clear the front line perfectly to unlock the linked trap behind it.

  1. Tap the first set of Blue marbles from the Top Tray. Send them straight into the bottom-left Blue Box.
  2. Tap the second set of Blue marbles. Route them into the middle-right Blue Box. Both Blue boxes will now clear.
  3. Tap the Orange marbles. Send them into the middle-left Orange Box.
  4. You just exposed the main bottleneck. The bottom area now reveals the Pink and Brown Connected Boxes.
  5. Look at your Top Tray. You have exactly one Pink set and one Brown set available. Drop them both onto the Conveyor Belt. Because the bottom Boxes are linked, filling them will pull both sets of marbles off the belt simultaneously.

Surviving the Arrow Box gatekeepers in Marble Sort Level 306

Clearing those linked boxes shifts the entire momentum of Marble Sort 306. Now the Arrow Boxes are active, and the gray wall is about to break.

  1. The Orange and Red Arrow Boxes are now ready to be triggered. Ensure you have the corresponding Orange and Red bottom Boxes exposed and ready to receive them.
  2. Trigger the arrows. This finally pulls the bottom row out from under the massive gray block.
  3. The Mystery Box cascade begins. As the gray boxes drop, they will instantly reveal their hidden colors. Stop rushing. Play reactively.
  4. Do not spam taps. Wait for a Mystery Box to fully reveal its color before you commit it to the Conveyor Belt. If you blind-drop three boxes and they turn out to be Green, Yellow, and Yellow—and you don't have those bottom Boxes open—your belt is suddenly half full of dead weight.
  5. Prioritize matching whatever colors the mystery wall hands you. Look at the lower stacks. You have Yellows, Reds, and more Oranges waiting deep in those four columns. Dig down vertically. Try to completely empty one of the four bottom columns to give yourself an emergency dumping ground.

Triggering the Gift Box flood in Marble Sort Level 306

Eventually, you will chew through enough of the gray wall to activate the top row. This is the final major hurdle.

  1. The two Gift Boxes at the top are going to pop. Each one will spawn 5 new sets of marbles.
  2. Before you make the match that opens them, look at your Conveyor Belt. If your belt has more than two leftover sets of marbles sitting on it, do not open the gifts yet. Clear the belt first. The sudden influx of 10 new marble sets will cause an instant game over if you don't have the belt space to juggle them.
  3. Once the gifts open, sort the flood. You will finally see the Green marbles you need to clear that stubborn Green Box that has been sitting on the far right since the start of the match.
  4. Keep your focus on the deepest bottom Boxes. Always clear a box that reveals another box underneath it, rather than clearing an empty column. Maintain belt discipline, hold back on colors you don't immediately need, and you will beat the level.
